Terms & Conditions

• Minimum duration of stay required is two nights. 10% additional supplement for one night stay. A 15% surcharge is applicable on the above rates for ALL weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday), public holidays and extended weekends.
• Weekend rate is applicable on Saturday, Sunday and any public holiday.
• Children upto age of 12 years can stay with the compliments of the hotel without an extra bed, in parents' room. If required, extra bed will be charged at Rs. 1000/- (inclusive of buffet breakfast & taxes) per night.
• Charges for Extra Bed for Adult will be Rs. 1500/- per night (inclusive of buffet breakfast & taxes). AP Supplement is Rs. 1200/-(inclusive of taxes) per adult.
• Extra bed is allowed in Beach View Superior / Sea View Pavilion.

• Confirmation of rooms is subject to receipt of 100% advance payment within 3 working days of the booking.
• Cancellation Charge:
• Cancellation 14 days prior to the arrival 100%
• Cancellation 15 days and above prior to arrival 50%
• A 15% surcharge is applicable on room rate for any change of dates for bookings on all the above offers once the payment is received for the same.
• This offer is open to Indian Nationals and Foreign Nationals with work permits.
• Bookings for more than three rooms together will be confirmed at the sole discretion of the Hotel. This offer is not applicable for meetings / conferences.
